Dartmouth Company Vice President Jamie Sackeim and Senior Associate Vicki Ezra represented Advance in the transactions. Gary Krauss of Pierson Commercial Real Estate represented Mamoun’s Falafel and Jersey Mike’s. Cushman and Wakefield Senior Director David Townes represented Firenza Pizza.
“As we near completion of Paramus Crossroads, we are seeing tremendous anticipation for the project, as evidenced by our lease agreements with these highly sought-after restaurants,” said Peter J. Cocoziello, Advance Realty’s founder and chief executive officer.
“We’re extremely excited to add them to Paramus’ eclectic mix of dining options and look forward to bringing additional businesses to what is truly a first-class shopping and dining destination.”
For retail tenants, Paramus Crossroads offers picturesque landscaping, bold architecture with facades, and signage visible from both sides of Route 17 and the Garden State Parkway. Accessibility to the development will include direct right-in and right-out access on Route 17 South, and accessibility from Route 17 North via a convenient turn-around at Midland Avenue.
“Paramus Crossroads is situated in the heart of one of the most prominent shopping destinations in the United States,” said Jamie Sackeim, vice president at the Dartmouth Company.
“Not only does the site provide retailers with incredible access to a densely populated area with more than 1.4 million people within 10 miles, it’s also just a short drive to the Westfield Garden State Plaza—the third-largest mall in the New York metropolitan area and a powerful attraction for shoppers all year round.”
